Your information and this website.
Birmingham Electrical Services uses personal information only where there is a lawful reason to do so, including responding to enquiries, preparing proposals, delivering contracted work and meeting legal or regulatory obligations.
Budget-estimate submissions and attachments are stored securely for commercial review. Access is restricted, files are not published, and no binding quotation is issued automatically.
Engineer applications may include contact details, qualifications, competence evidence, insurance, availability, rates and references. BES uses this information only to assess suitability and complete proportionate onboarding checks. Applicant files are restricted to authorised review, retained only for a documented business need and removed when no longer required.
The public engineer form does not request bank details, National Insurance numbers, passports or other identity documents. If an applicant progresses, right-to-work, CIS, payment and identity checks are completed separately through an appropriate private process.
